- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Duncan Hines pudding yellow cake mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cheese bars:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in a greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. Beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and 1 egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool.
