- sugar - 1/3 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- oil - 1/3 c
- egg - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- yellow cake mix with pudding in mix - 1 item
How to make lemon cheese bars:
Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and oil until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350°. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice and egg until light and smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake 15 minutes longer.
