- coconut - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- sifted powdered sugar - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- lemon extract - 1 tsp
- lemon cake mix - 1 item
- lemon, grated - 1 Tbsp
How to make lemon cake:
Melt margarine, pecans and coconut. Put in bottom of greased and floured Bundt pan. Put next 7 ingredients in large bowl. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed. Spoon batter into pan. Bake in 350° preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes.Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice. Drizzle over cake.
