  • eggs - 4 item
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • lemon juice - 1/4 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg
  • lemon cake mix - 1 pkg

How to make lemon cake:

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Cool. Mix lemon cake mix, oil and eggs. Add Jell-O to cake mixture. Bake according to directions on box.

Have ready the powdered sugar and lemon juice mixture. Immediately after removing cake, poke holes in cake. Pour powdered sugar mixture over top of cake. Serve with Cool Whip.
