Apricot nectar cake



  • eggs - 6 item
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • orange juice - 3/4 c
  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • lemon Jell-O - 1 pkg

How to make apricot nectar cake:

Beat eggs. Add oil, apricot nectar and lemon Jell-O. Add cake mix; beat until smooth. Pour into tube or Bundt pan; bake for 50 minutes at 350°.

While cake is baking, mix the powdered sugar, orange juice and lemon juice. After cake bakes for 50 minutes, pour this mixture over cake and bake 10 minutes. Let cake cool about 20 minutes before removing from pan.
