- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- cold water - 3/4 c
- oil - 3/4 c
- lemon juice
- box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
- box Duncan Hines cake mix lemon or yellow - 1 item
How to make lemon cake:
Topping:1/2 c. lemon juice1/2 c. sugar Mix dry pudding and dry cake mix together. Add eggs, water and oil and mix at medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into lightly greased and floured cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.Topping: Mix lemon juice and sugar together and spoon over top of warm cake.
