  • eggs - 4 item
  • cold water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • lemon juice
  • box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
  • box Duncan Hines cake mix lemon or yellow - 1 item

How to make lemon cake:

Topping:1/2 c. lemon juice1/2 c. sugar Mix dry pudding and dry cake mix together. Add eggs, water and oil and mix at medium speed about 2 minutes. Pour into lightly greased and floured cake pan. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

Topping: Mix lemon juice and sugar together and spoon over top of warm cake.
