Lemon bread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• water - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 1/2 c
• box lemon cake mix - 1 item
• box instant lemon pudding - 1 item
• poppy seed optional - 1/4 c

How to make lemon bread:

Combine and mix first 3 ingredients. Add the next 3 ingredients. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.

Glaze with a mixture of 4 tablespoons lemon juice and 1/3 cup sugar while the loaf is hot. Cool 15 minutes before taking out of pans.
