Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- confectioners sugar
- vegetable oil - 3/4 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- apricot nectar - 3/4 c
- lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
- shredded lemon peel - 3 tsp
How to make lemon apricot cake:
Combine cake mix, oil, nectar and eggs. Beat at high speed 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour (35 minutes for 13 x 9-inch pan). Prick top of cake with fork. Mix confectioners sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Pour over hot cake. Sprinkle top with lemon peel.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
