- eggs - 4 item
- confectioners sugar
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- apricot nectar - 1 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 3/4 c
How to make apricot cake:
Icing (mix together):1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1/3 c. apricot nectar Mix first four ingredients well, then add eggs. mix well about 4 minutes. Bake at 325° for 1 hour in tube pan or 30 to 35 minutes in 11 x 13-inch pan. When cake is done, remove from oven and spoon on top icing mixture.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egyptian.
