  • apricot nectar - 3/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 3/4 c
  • box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
  • Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350°

How to make lemon apricot cake:

Combine all ingredients except egg whites, which are beaten stiff and fold into cake batter. Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Glaze:1 c. powdered sugar juice of 1 lemon Glaze: Mix glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cooled cake.
