- flour - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- medium size potatoes, washed, pared and grated - 6 item
How to make latkes:
In a large bowl, mix the egg and grated potatoes. Add flour and baking powder. Drop by spoonful into hot cooking oil in a frying pan. Brown on both sides. Drain on a paper towel. Serve with applesauce or sour cream.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
