Ingredients/Components
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 pkg
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
- ground round - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese - 1 pkg
- box lasagna noodles - 1 item
How to make lasagna rolls:
Cook noodles. Brown beef; drain excess fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Cook 5 minutes. Lay noodles out and spread meat on noodles. Add cheeses and mushrooms. Roll noodles up. Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spoon remaining sauce over each roll and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains, Lasagna.
