Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 10 oz
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • salad oil - 1 Tbsp
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
  • Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
  • jar spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
  • lasagna noodles - 12 item
  • minced green onions - 2 Tbsp

How to make lasagna roll-ups:

Cook noodles as directed on package. Meanwhile, in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot salad oil, cook broccoli and green onions until tender, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and egg.

Preheat oven to 375°. Drain lasagna noodles and place in single layer on waxed paper. Evenly spread some cheese mixture on each lasagna noodle. Roll up each noodle jelly roll fashion. In bowl, mix spaghetti sauce with 1/2 cup water. Into 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish, spoon about 3/4 of spaghetti sauce. Arrange rolled noodles, seam side down, in sauce. Top with Mozzarella cheese and remaining sauce. Cover dish loosely with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.
