Ingredients/Components
- Ricotta cheese - 1 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- jumbo shells, cooked al dente, drained and cooled - 12 item
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 1/2
How to make stuffed shells florentine:
In bowl mix well Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, spinach, oregano and salt. Stuff about 3 tablespoons cheese mixture into each shell. In 12 x 8-inch baking dish, spread 1/2 of sauce. Arrange shells, stuffed side up in sauce. Spoon rest of sauce over shells. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
