Lasagna roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- minced green onion - 2 tsp
- Mozzarella cheese - 4 oz
- Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- lasagna noodles - 2 3
- thawed, frozen broccoli - 10 oz
How to make lasagna roll-ups:
Cook noodles. Cook broccoli and onion in oil until tender. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese, Ricotta cheese, salt and 4 eggs.Heat oven to 375°. Drain noodles. Place in a single layer on wax paper. Evenly spread cheese mixture on each noodle. Roll each noodle jelly roll fashion.
