Lasagna casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Mozzarella cheese - 4 c
- medium pasta shells, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- carton small curd cottage cheese - 1 item
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
How to make lasagna casserole:
Cook meat and onion. Sprinkle in salt. In large bowl, combine pasta, 3 cups of Mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Pour into 9 x 13 pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Top with meat mixture and spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered for 15 minutes.
