Lasagna casserole
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- grated Parmesan - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- tomato sauce - 8 oz
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- lasagna noodles - 8 oz
- Mozzarella - 1/2 lb
- Ricotta or cottage cheese - 3/4 lb
- 2 can tomatoes
How to make lasagna casserole:
Saut the hamburger and garlic in the oil; add everything but the cheeses and simmer 20 minutes.Meanwhile, cook noodles in salted boiling water about 15 minutes and then drain. Fill a big buttered casserole with alternate layers of the noodles, cheese, sauce and Parmesan, ending with a layer of sauce and Parmesan. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 20 minutes.
