Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 4 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- chopped onions - 2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cottage cheese - 16 oz
- oregano - 4 tsp
- lasagna noodles - 1 lb
- cans tomato soup - 4 item
- Mozzarella cheese, grated - 1 lb
- gloves garlic, minced - 4 item
How to make lasagna:
Sauce is best made the day before.In saucepan, brown beef and cook with onions, garlic and oregano. Add soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Cook and drain lasagna noodles in a 13 x 9-inch pan the sauce, noodles, sauce, cottage cheese, Mozzarella cheese, then repeat in 3 alternate layers. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
