Lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- cottage cheese - 1 pt
- oregano - 2 tsp
- lasagna noodles, cooked and drained - 1/2 lb
- large cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced - 1/2 lb
How to make lasagna:
Brown beef, onion, garlic and oregano in skillet. Add soup, water and vinegar. Simmer 30 minutes. Arrange in 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, three alternate layers of noodles, cottage cheese, meat sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before eating.Add extra slices of cheese if desired.
