Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
- stalks green onion, finely minced - 2 item
How to make korean short ribs:
Marinate meat for approximately 1 hour or more. Marinade is good for pork, chicken or beef. Meat can be broiled, barbecued or baked at 350° for 1 hour.Marinade can be used over rice.
