  • sesame seed - 1 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • large garlic clove, minced - 1 item
  • stalks green onion, finely minced - 2 item

How to make korean short ribs:

Marinate meat for approximately 1 hour or more. Marinade is good for pork, chicken or beef. Meat can be broiled, barbecued or baked at 350° for 1 hour.

Marinade can be used over rice.
