- can chicken broth - 1 oz

- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item

- evaporated skim milk - 1 c
- frozen broccoli, or fresh cooked - 1 (10
How to make cream of broccoli soup:
In 3-quart saucepan, combine broth, broccoli and onion. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in evaporated skim milk and cream of mushroom soup. Heat to serving temperature; do not boil. Serves 4 (1-cup) servings.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Bisques/cream soups, Broccoli.
