Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- can chicken broth - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- whole chicken - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- cooked rice may use Success rice pouches - 1 item
How to make sloppy chicken:
Steam chicken in enough water to cover. Cook until done. (Place onion with chicken for flavor.) When done, remove from pan and strain juice. Pull chicken off bone. Set aside. Add a can of chicken broth to juice. Mix cornstarch with water. Add to broth and simmer until thickened. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Poultry, Meat.
