Kielbasa and beans
Ingredients/Components
- cider vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cup chopped green pepper - 1/2 item
- steak sauce - 2 Tbsp
- worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can white beans, rinsed and drained - 1 item
- cup packed brown sugar - 1/4 item
- cup chopped sweet red pepper - 1/2 item
- pound fully cooked Kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces - 1 item
How to make kielbasa and beans:
In a skillet cook sausage 2-3 minutes. Stir in onions and peppers. Cook and stir until sausage is lightly browned and vegetables are tender. Drain. Combine brown sugar, steak sauce, vinegar and worcestershire sauce. Stir into skillet. Add beans, cook and stir until heated. 4 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Low Carb, Low in....
