Kielbasa and cabbage
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- slices bacon - 6 item
- Polish sausage - 1 lb
- medium head cabbage, cut in thin wedges - 1 item
How to make kielbasa and cabbage:
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add next 7 ingredients to drippings; cover and cook 10 minutes, turning cabbage once. Add sausage; cover and cook 5 minutes or until sausage is heated.
