Ingredients/Components
- Duncan Hines cake mix Moist Deluxe Lemon Supreme - 1 pkg
- lemon instant pudding and pie filling mix - 1 pkg
- eggs - 4 item
- Crisco oil or Puritan oil - 1 c
- water - 3/4 c
- key lime juice - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar
- soft butter - 2 Tbsp
How to make key lime cake:
Key Lime Glaze:2 1/4 c. confectioners sugar1/3 c. key lime juice2 Tbsp. soft butter2 Tbsp. water Mix in large bowl cake mix, pudding and pie filling, eggs, oil, water and juice. Blend for 4 or 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour into lightly greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or 1 hour.Key Lime Glaze: Mix with wooden spoon the sugar, juice, water and butter. Spread on cooled cake. Garnish with lime slices and fresh strawberries.
