- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1/2 item
- oil - 3/4 c
- lime juice - 1/4 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- lime jello
- lemon cake mix - 1 item
- box 4x sugar - 1 item
- Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15 pan
How to make key lime cake:
Mix until smooth the oil, orange juice, eggs, lime jello, and lemon cake mix. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15 pan. Bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes or until done when tested. Prick with fork all over while hot. Combine lime juice with 5-6 tablespoons of 4x sugar. Pour over cake and cool.Frosting:1 -8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 box 4x sugar Cream together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla.
