  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • lime juice - 1/4 c
  • orange juice - 3/4 c
  • lime jello
  • lemon cake mix - 1 item
  • box 4x sugar - 1 item
  • Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15 pan

How to make key lime cake:

Mix until smooth the oil, orange juice, eggs, lime jello, and lemon cake mix. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15 pan. Bake at 325° for 25-30 minutes or until done when tested. Prick with fork all over while hot. Combine lime juice with 5-6 tablespoons of 4x sugar. Pour over cake and cool.Frosting:1 -8 oz. cream cheese1/2 stick margarine1 tsp. vanilla1 box 4x sugar Cream together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Add sugar and spread over cake and keep refrigerated.
