Ingredients/Components
- self-rising flour
- margarine - 1 item
- paprika
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- envelope Lipton tomato Cup-a-Soup - 1 item
- dry Good Seasons salad dressing mix Italian - 1 pkg
How to make kentucky fried chicken:
Wash chicken. Dip in dry mix. Place on baking dish sprayed with Pam. Spread melted margarine on top with a paintbrush. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Extra Crispy: After you paint with margarine, dip chicken in dry mix again and re-butter top. Bake as before, only baste every 15 minutes with margarine and water mixture. Be careful not to disturb the crusty top. It will get blisters on top.
