  • cinnamon
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/4 lb
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • baking soda
  • sifted flour - 2 c
  • walnuts - 1 c

How to make jewish coffee cake:

Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 c. walnuts Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and sour cream. Fill greased pan with batter 1/2 full; add 1/2 of topping mixture, then fill with balance of batter and top with remaining topping. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
