- cinnamon
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/4 lb
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda
- sifted flour - 2 c
- walnuts - 1 c
How to make jewish coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon1 c. walnuts Combine butter, sugar and eggs. Gradually add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and sour cream. Fill greased pan with batter 1/2 full; add 1/2 of topping mixture, then fill with balance of batter and top with remaining topping.
