Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 1 Tbsp
- onion salt - 1/4 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- red hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- beef or venison, sliced thin
How to make jerky:
Mix together and marinate for 2 hours. Put meat in a dehydrator until thoroughly dry. Time will depend on thickness of meat. This is great to take for a snack on a fishing trip.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
