  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 1 Tbsp
  • onion salt - 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • red hot sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
  • beef or venison, sliced thin

How to make jerky:

Mix together and marinate for 2 hours. Put meat in a dehydrator until thoroughly dry. Time will depend on thickness of meat. This is great to take for a snack on a fishing trip.
