Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 c
- catsup - 1/4 c
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- beef or venison - 5 lb
How to make jerky:
Cut meat in 1/2-inch strips. Marinate in soy sauce, catsup, garlic and onion salt for 1 hour. Place on air circulating racks in oven. Set oven at 145°. Leave in oven 6 to 8 hours.Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
