Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 3/8
- soy sauce - 1/4 3/8
- Accent - 1 tsp
- onion powder - 1 tsp
- liquid smoke
- Tabasco to taste - 1 item
- Season-All salt - 1 tsp
- chunk of meat, sliced thin - 1 item
How to make jerky:
Marinate meat overnight. Lay strips across oven rack. Leave door open about 1 1/2 hours. Dry at 140° to 150° for 8 to 10 hours. When you complete this process you will have Jerky!Recipe categories: Beef, Deer, Moose.
