Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 3/8
  • soy sauce - 1/4 3/8
  • Accent - 1 tsp
  • onion powder - 1 tsp
  • liquid smoke
  • Tabasco to taste - 1 item
  • Season-All salt - 1 tsp
  • chunk of meat, sliced thin - 1 item

How to make jerky:

Marinate meat overnight. Lay strips across oven rack. Leave door open about 1 1/2 hours. Dry at 140° to 150° for 8 to 10 hours. When you complete this process you will have Jerky!
