Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking powder - 3/4 tsp
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
How to make jelly roll:
Sift flour with dry ingredients. Beat eggs well. Add sugar gradually, beat well. Add vanilla and flour gradually. Turn into 15 x 10-inch cookie sheet with sides, lined with wax paper, greased or sprayed. Bake in hot oven at 400° for 13 minutes. Quickly roll in jelly roll on damp cloth or towel dusted with powdered sugar. When cool, unroll and spread with jelly or any kind of filling and re-roll.
