Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 2/3 c
- confectioners sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
- box plain yellow cake mix - 1 item
- lemon juice from 2 large lemons
How to make jello cake:
Blend cake mix, Jell-O, eggs, water and oil. Beat well. Pour in greased tube pan. Bake at 300° for 50 minutes, or until done.Melt butter or margarine. Add confectioners sugar and lemon juice. Pour slowly over cake while in pan. Let stand 30 minutes; turn onto plate, top side up.
Serve ice cold from the refrigerator on hot summer days! Wonderful!
