- oil - 3/4 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
- Icing: lemon juice
How to make lemon cake:
Icing: lemon juice confectioners sugar Mix all ingredients together for cake. Bake at 325° for 30 to 35 minutes. When cake is done, remove from oven.Mix lemon juice and confectioners sugar together and pour over cake while hot.
