Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/2 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- chicken wings - 2 lb
- crushed red pepper optional - 1/4 tsp
- sake - 1/2 c
- fresh ginger root 1 inch piece
How to make japanese chicken wings:
Arrange chicken in 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients in blender. Pour over chicken. Marinate approximately 1 hour. Bake in marinade at 375° for 1 1/2 hours. If doubling recipe, make only 1 1/2 times marinade.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken wing.
