Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- jalapeno peppers ground with seeds - 3/4 c
- bell peppers ground with seeds - 1/2 c
- Heinz cider vinegar 5%
How to make jalapeno pepper jelly:
In a large Dutch oven, bring the ingredients to a rolling boil. Turn off stove; let set for 4 minutes. Then add 1 bottle of Certo and 2 drops of green food coloring. Stir well. Pour into sterilized jars and seal. Makes 7 (8 ounce) jars.Recipe categories: Sauces, Jellies, Jams and preserves.
