Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 Tbsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- parsley - 1 tsp
- coarsely chopped onion - 1 c
- garlic - 1/4 tsp
- prepared pie shell - 1 item
- unpeeled zucchini, shredded - 4 c
How to make italian zucchini pie:
Heat oven to 375°. Cook onion and zucchini in butter. Add seasonings. Blend eggs and cheese in large bowl. Stir in vegetables. Put teaspoon mustard in prepared pie shell. Pour in ingredients. Bake 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
