Italian vegetable soup
Ingredients/Components
- water
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dried basil leaves - 1/2 tsp
- can condensed beef broth - 1 1/2
- can whole tomatoes - 1 oz
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 2 item
- can garbanzo beans, drained - 1 oz
- loose Italian sausage - 1 lb
How to make italian vegetable soup:
Cook and stir sausage and onion in a 3-quart saucepan until sausage is light brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Break up tomatoes with fork. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat.
