Italian vegetable bake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- medium tomatoes - 2 item
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 15 oz
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- oregano - 1 tsp
- basil - 1 tsp
- medium zucchini, thinly sliced - 1 item
How to make italian vegetable bake:
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine tomato sauce, basil, oregano, garlic and sugar. Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with Pam. Arrange vegetables in layers in baking dish as follows: Zucchini, onion, tomato, tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese. Repeat twice more. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, covered.
