Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • can mushrooms - 1 oz
  • sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
  • sliced onions - 1/2 c
  • chili sauce or ketchup - 1/3 c
  • round steak or more 3/4 inch thick

How to make italian steak:

Brown onions and green pepper in oil. Cook 5 minutes. Blend in other ingredients. Put steak in roaster and pour all over. Bake covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250°.
