Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- can mushrooms - 1 oz
- sliced stuffed olives - 1/2 c
- sliced onions - 1/2 c
- chili sauce or ketchup - 1/3 c
- round steak or more 3/4 inch thick
How to make italian steak:
Brown onions and green pepper in oil. Cook 5 minutes. Blend in other ingredients. Put steak in roaster and pour all over. Bake covered 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250°.Recipe categories: Sauces, Main dish, One Dish meal.
