Ingredients/Components

  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • pepper to taste - 1 item
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • red wine
  • medium onions, chopped - 2 item
  • can Progresso tomatoes - 1 oz
  • beef bouillon - 4 c
  • sweet Italian sausage - 3/4 lb
  • hot Italian sausage - 3/4 lb
  • bow tie macaroni - 6 oz

How to make italian soup:

Cut sausage in chunks and brown. Pour off fat; saute onions and green pepper to soft. Add garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, tomatoes and pepper. Simmer for 1 hour. Before serving turn up heat and add bow tie macaroni. Cook until tender.
