Italian meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
- ground beef - 1/2 lb
- olive oil - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- coarse bread crumbs - 1 c
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- Romano cheese, grated - 1/4 c
How to make italian meatballs:
Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. These can be put into spaghetti sauce or frozen. Serves 6. (Freezes well.)Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, One Dish meal.
