Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 3/4 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 1 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • clove garlic, minced - 1/2 item
  • ground beef - 1/2 lb
  • olive oil - 1 tsp
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
  • coarse bread crumbs - 1 c
  • ground pork - 1/2 lb
  • Romano cheese, grated - 1/4 c

How to make italian meatballs:

Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. These can be put into spaghetti sauce or frozen. Serves 6. (Freezes well.)
