Irish potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- large potatoes - 4 item
- milk
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make irish potato soup:
Peel potatoes and onion. Chop in large pieces. Cover with water in saucepan; boil until soft. Cool slightly; put through food processor or blender. Return to saucepan with milk; bring to boil.
