Ingredients/Components
- coconut - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- mashed potatoes - 1/2 c
- Hershey or Nestle bars - 1 item
How to make irish potato candy:
Mix well. Drop by spoon onto wax paper. Place in refrigerator until set. Melt chocolate bars and drop candy in to coat. Return to wax paper and chill.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
