  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • Bisquick - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • can chopped green chilies - 1 oz
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 item
  • tomatoes - 2 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c

How to make impossible taco pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate. Cook beef and onion; drain. Stir in taco mix. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with chilies.

Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth; pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean, 8 to 10 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. Serve with sour cream, lettuce and tomatoes.
