  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • bell pepper - 3/4 item
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • Bisquick mix - 3/4 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2-inch). Brown beef, green onions and bell pepper. Drain off grease. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pan. Beat milk and Bisquick together with eggs until smooth. Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife comes out clean, 5 to 8 minutes.
