  • eggs - 3 item
  • milk
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped onion
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 3/4 c
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inches. Brown beef and onion. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Use blender or hand mixer on high. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

High Altitude: Increase first bake time to 30 minutes.
