  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • chopped onions
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • milk
  • biscuit mix - 3/4 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • tomatoes, sliced - 2 item
  • shredded Cheddar - 1 c

How to make impossible cheeseburger pie:

Heat oven to 400°. Grease pie plate, 10 x 1 1/2-inch. Brown beef and onion; drain. Drain in salt and pepper. Spread in plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes; sprinkle with cheese. Bake another 5 minutes. Serves 4.
