Imperial chicken
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- plus 2 Tbsp - 1/2 c
- paprika - 1 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- minced parsley
- juice of 1 lemon
- dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- small clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- whole chicken breasts, split, boned and skinned - 3 item
How to make imperial chicken:
Combine butter and garlic; set aside. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir well. Dip each chicken breast in butter mixture and coat with bread crumb mixture. Roll tightly, starting at narrow end, and secure with a toothpick. Arrange rolls in a shallow baking pan. Drizzle with remaining butter and lemon juice. Sprinkle with paprika.
