half and half - 1 qt
plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
cans sweetened condensed milk - 2 oz

How to make ice cream:

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixer into freezer can of a 1-gallon freezer. Freeze according to manufacturer's instructions. Turn churn off. Cover with thick towel and let set 1 hour. Yield: 2 1/2 quarts.

Rainbow Candy: Stir in 1 1/2 cups M&M's candies into mixture before freezing.

Butter Pecan: Stir in 1 tablespoon butter flavoring and 2 cups coarsely chopped, toasted pecans into mixture before freezing.

Lemonade: Stir in 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate (thawed and undiluted) into mixture before freezing.

Blueberry: Stir in 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries into mixture before freezing.,

Strawberry: Stir in 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries into mixture before freezing.

Chocolate Covered Peanut: Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate syrup and 2 cups chocolate covered peanuts into mixture before freezing.

Cookies and Cream: Break 15 Oreo cookies into small pieces and stir into mixture just before freezing.
